Tuesday , November 18, 2025
12:00pm - 1:00pm ET
This time of year, companies should be reaching out to their largest shareholders in advance of constructing executive comp plans and proxy materials for 2026. It's good corporate governance hygiene, but not often done. How and why is the subject of the session.
Learning Objectives: Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:
- Identify and communicate the objectives of the fall and spring proxy outreach sessions
- Identify potential advisors, support materials, and questions to pose to shareholders
- Navigate difficult questions - about the company, the stock, management, etc.
Attend our session and set yourself up for a successful proxy season.
