Raymond James

Mary serves as Managing Director, Corporate Access at Raymond James with an emphasis on collaborating with Investor Relations professionals to develop strategies for investor outreach and targeting. In this role, Mary is also responsible for partnering with Capital Markets, Investment Banking and Research professionals to develop general and sector-specific conferences, summits and symposiums. Prior to joining Raymond James, Mary served in various research, sales and management roles at Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank and Salomon Smith Barney.

An active NIRI member, she is currently on the Board of NIRI San Francisco Bay Area and previously served on the Annual Conference Committee and as President of the Central Florida Chapter. She was elected a NIRI Fellow in 2023. She is a co-founder of The Women in Capital Markets Symposium (WICM), an annual event devoted to advancing the professional development of women at Raymond James.

Mary received a BA in economics from Mount Holyoke College, and an MBA in finance from Fordham University.

Mark Pellegrino is the Chief Executive Officer of Corpaxe, the industry leader in corporate access and resource management solutions for the investment community. He is responsible for the strategic vision of Corpaxe as well as the day-to-day operations of the company. Prior to Corpaxe, Mark served as the Head of Market Solutions at Balyasny Asset Management where he oversaw broker relations, the firm’s corporate relationships, and its response to MiFID II. He integrated the sourcing of broker content, corporate access, and alternative data into one team to help the firm source, value, and pay for content critical to the investment teams. Prior to Balyasny, Mark spent over 10 years in corporate access, most recently as Head of Corporate Access at UBS Securities, where he built extensive relationships within the corporate investor relations community, and at Deutsche Bank prior to that. Mark currently lives in New York where Corpaxe is headquartered and is a graduate of Princeton University.
